Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow exchanges. We do however allow replacement of products on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine whether a product should be replaced due to packaging defect, or other agreeable reasons.
We currently do not offer refunds. With our amazing products, we do not expect you to need one. We are always open to rectify your dissatisfaction, so please do not hesitate to reach out via email, or chat with any issues. We will do our best to be of assistance.
Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or skin conditions. Please consult with a dermatologist and complete a skin patch test prior to full use. Discontinue use of product if skin irritation occurs. Skin types differ, so please be mindful that products may not be beneficial for everyone. Our products are for external use only and not to be ingested. Women who are pregnant, please consult with your doctor prior to use of products containing essential oils.​
